You will have access to attorneys that practice in over 18 different areas of law with a minimum of 20 years experience. This is a month to month service. No contracts to sign. Family Plans are available for $26 per month and Business Legal Plans cost between $40 and $125 per month depending on the employee size of the business. |

| DEBT SETTLEMENT |
| Do not confuse debt settlement with consumer credit counseling or debt consolidation. Debt Settlement is a program that settles your debt for as little as 25% on the dollar and having the creditor satisfied with the negotiated amount. Consumer Credit Counseling is run by the credit card companies. You will pay back 100% of the debt plus a small fee for the service in credit counseling. Debt consolidation is a loan against your home or other secured asset. It takes your unsecured debt and wraps it into secured debt. The downside of this is that it could cost you your home or car should you not be able to make the payment. |
